The Ella Bay Team has 2 divisions: Ella Bay Transport and Ella Bay Brokerage. Both are served by our extremely dedicated operations team, who take responsibility for each load from "cradle to grave" - booking appointments, finding and dispatching drivers 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days each year using our customized McLeod TMS Software.
Asset Based
Both divisions are asset based, providing the equipment necessary to fulfill any customer requirements for spotting agreements (drop trailers for loading). This capital investment allows us to maximize driver availability and equipment utilization, helping to lower costs and creates efficiencies that allow us to provide competitive rates, keeping our shippers happy and within their budget.
On Time Delivery Over 98%
Ella Bay also requires tracking for every load, utilizing GPS based MacroPoint tracking software, providing our customers with real time updates on their shipments. We have consistently achieved an on time delivery metric of over 98% for the past 4 years, further exemplifying our commitment to excellence, transparency in communication, and honesty.
